All order is processed within 4-5 business days for RTS (Ready to ship) Bows, Headbands or any hair accessories and 10-15 business days for MTO (Made to order) embroidery items. 

Business days are Monday - Friday.  Our shipping days are Friday's!

Our shipments are well packaged and sealed, once I have delivered upper order to USPS, I will no longer be responsible for your item, however if your item arrives broken or damaged in any way or is lost, in which case the claim must be to the USPS, but please contact me if you have any concern.
